Few guys get through life without having a boner pop up at an inopportune time. 10. Eat Better Food
Your erectile health is largely dependent on the overall health of your cardiovascular system. 9. Get That Cardio!
Keeping your heart healthy takes more than just eating some whole-grain avocado toast- You also need to get your body used to efficiently moving blood around your body. The best way to do that is to get out and get a little cardio.
Running or jogging is probably a better way to go to get that cardio because spending too much time on a bike has been shown to increase the chances of suffering from erectile dysfunction. While the mechanism behind this is still largely mysterious, the numbers consistently tell the same tale- A little red wine is good for your ticker. Some scientists think it is the antioxidants that are doing the trick, others say it's the alcohol itself. Either way, I'm not going to question it- Bottoms up!
