You start out with the Small Trainer which is 2.25 inches and then when you have grown bigger, you can then ease your way to the Medium Trainer which is 2.75 inches. The final push is the Large Trainer which is 3.25 inches at which point you would be able to consider yourself an expert in the arts of anal pleasures.
These three graduated plugs with tapered tips are made from high quality TPR and a convenient pull ring is placed at the base which aids in insertion and retrieval as well.
The small one is easy, the medium is just my size and the big one will take some work. I look forward to training.
