I use it often but it is kind of painful around the balls.
I based the size I ordered on the sizing guide but to my disappointment I could not even get one testicle through to put it on properly. Because of the width of the ring what would normally thread through and then sit fine in the area at your belly where your shaft and scrotum converge, because it settles behind. But if you happen to have a larger testicle size then you may run into a problem where the ring can’t pass over the middle or thicker center of your boys and then just becomes stuck and that smaller diameter can’t pass over and set where it is supposed to. I think this is more a trial and error because everyone is sized and shaped differently, so keep in mind the wider ring is also more metal that has to be passed through from both balls and also one that is lower will probably have more issue. The silver lining is that if like me you do have larger cojones then you’re in luck- with some Creative finagling you can actually still have a great time by wearing it horizontally after you get a correct sized ring around the base, the smaller wide metal of this item makes for a fun, nice and heavy ball stretcher that will have more heft and swing and just experiment with what’s comfortable and you may be surprised- I was!
