How to use a shower douche hose

1. Unscrew your handheld shower head and screw the hose's threaded end onto the shower hose, hand-tight.
2. Set the water lukewarm and the pressure low, and check it on your wrist before anything goes near your ass.
3. Lube the rounded tip, ease it a short way into your ass and let the water fill gently for a few seconds. Draw it out and release over the toilet.
4. Repeat until the water runs clear, then swap your shower head back on.
