ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Window We understand that plans change. You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't been processed for shipped yet.
How to Cancel Your Order To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at joe@adamstoybox.com with your order number. We'll process your cancellation request as quickly as possible.
After Shipment Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the item(s) according to our return policy once you receive them.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we won't be able to cancel it, but you can initiate a return after delivery.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders If your cancellation is successful, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Custom or Final Sale Items Please note that certain items marked as final sale or custom orders cannot be cancelled once the order is placed. These items will be clearly marked at checkout.
