Yes, within 24 hours of ordering as long as it hasn't been processed yet. Contact us with your order number right away. Once an order ships it can't be cancelled, but eligible items can be returned.

Yes. Everything we sell is the real thing from the brand. No fakes, no knockoffs.

Water-based lube is safe with every toy and every condom. Silicone lube is condom-safe but can damage silicone toys, so test it first. Oil-based lubes break latex condoms. More in our lube guide.

Wash with warm water and a mild, unscented soap or a toy cleaner, rinse, and let it air-dry before you put it away. Keep motors and charging ports out of the water unless the toy is waterproof.
