NOTE: Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been processed. We work hard to get orders out as fast as possible. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we cannot cancel it.

Sales are final for most items. We do not resell used toys. Underwear is final sale.

Refunds cannot be given for damaged boxes. Damage to boxes that occurs during transportation and shipping is beyond our control.
