How to put on an elastic chest harness

  1. Hold it chevrons out, bands at the bottom, and pull it over your head like a tank top, arms through the shoulder straps.
  2. Tug both bands down so they sit under your pecs, and straighten the centre strap down your sternum.
  3. Smooth the shoulder straps flat. Wear it bare or under an open shirt.
