5 Tips For Mastering The Male Multiple Orgasm
Share
It's basically common knowledge that women can achieve multiple-orgasms in a single sexual encounter. It's also somewhat less commonly known that they are also able to experience different types of orgasm based around their various erogenous nerve zones.
To the Western mind, multiple male orgasms were considered a fluke at best or, more commonly, an outright myth. This mentality has persisted despite the fact that Eastern practitioners of Tantric and Taoist methods have been quietly having mind-blowing, full-bodied orgasms for centuries.
Luckily, Western science is finally starting to come around to the idea that they are a possibility and the dialogue about how to achieve them is, finally, opening up a bit- They at least acknowledge that they are a possibility.
So, does that mean you have to become some sort of Yoga guru or start practicing Taoist sorcery in your spare time? While it definitely wouldn't hurt, you don't have to go quite that far to get to the promised land.
That's not to say it won't require a bit of practice and patience to achieve, only that you don't have to renounce your worldly possessions and meditate on a mountaintop for 20 years to do the trick.
Before we get into how to find this holy grail of male sexuality, let's take a closer look at the orgasmic process to get a better feel for what we're looking at here.
The Stages Of Orgasm
According to the Masters and Johnson's 4-Stage Model of Orgasm, there are, you guessed it, four stages of orgasm that occur throughout the sexual act- excitement, plateau, orgasm, and resolution. Here's what happens during each stage:
1. Excitement
This is the stage where your heart begins to beat a bit faster, your skin becomes flush, your nipples get hard, your ballbag tightens up a bit, you begin to breathe more quickly, and your little general stands at attention ready to invade your partner's southern front
2. Plateau
Basically, this is the point where you would start to consider saying something along the lines of, "Oh fuck, I'm gonna cum!", or whatever you happen to say when the time comes. You start to experience muscle spasms in various parts of your body, your balls retract into your body, your heartbeat picks up even more, and you get that feeling of tingly pressure that lets you know that you're about to pop off.
3. Orgasm
This is the point of no return. Your heartbeat reaches its peak, your breaths are even more rapid, and you start to experience more pronounced muscular contractions. You get muscle spasms at the base of your penis and testes and, finally, you blow your load.
4. Resolution
This is the "afterglow" stage. Your breathing, blood pressure, and heartbeat begin to level back off and you get a dreamy, sleepy feeling of well-being that washes over you. This is also the phase where the refractory period takes hold if you aren't stimulated further.
Refractory Period?
Chances are you already know what this is but, just in case you don't, it's the period of physiological "rest" that males experience after orgasm and it is the reason it is so hard to achieve multiple orgasms as a man. During this time, your penis will refuse to become erect- This poses obvious difficulties in the "continuing to bang" department.
So, What's A Guy To Do?!
Now that we know the major roadblock guys face when it comes to multiple orgasms, let's take a look at how to get past it. I'm not gonna lie, this is going to take some effort and experimentation on your part, but the rewards are pretty fuckin' dope for those who go the extra mile. Luckily, the process of sexual experimentation is pretty enjoyable- It's the kind of homework most guys don't mind doing!
Kegels
The first thing you are going to want to do is to start working those Kegel muscles. These are the muscles of your pelvic floor that you probably know best as the muscles you contract to interrupt the flow of urine while using the bathroom. Learning to control and strengthen these muscles is a fundamental foundation for making many of the other techniques I will cover more likely to succeed.
While this is one of the less-exciting ways to help you pave the way to multiple-orgasmic bliss, it is also one of the most important. Luckily, you don't need any specialized equipment or anything to get them into shape. Simply flex and hold the same muscles you use to interrupt the flow of urine and then release.
You'll want to try to hold the Kegel flex for a slow count to five but if you are having trouble getting to that point, start off with a slow count to three and work up from there. You will want to do a set of ten of these reps three times a day. I like to do them when I find myself just sort of sitting around without much to do. Sitting at your desk at work, waiting for or riding the bus, stuck in traffic, whatever.
Over time, you will find that you have greater control over your ability to hold your orgasms off and will also experience a few other sexual and health benefits not worth mentioning here. Seriously, don't skip these exercises!
Now, Put Those Kegels To Work!
Now that you know how to hold off your ejaculation by flexing your Kegels, you can start to practice that more fully. What we know today as "edging" has been a practice of Taoists for centuries. This is basically bringing yourself right up to the point of orgasm, the "plateau stage" mentioned above, and then tightening those Kegels and stopping sexual stimulation until you regress to the "excitement" phase again.
With practice, you will learn to master the ability to hold off your orgasms and, even if you don't manage a multiple, you will definitely experience an orgasm that is more intense than usual by orders of magnitude.
This method combined with a good male masturbation sleeve, like a Fleshlight, can also be used to up your sexual endurance in general. Whether you manage to become multi-orgasmic or not, you will at least learn better control over when you orgasm and increase the intensity of the orgasms you have. It's a win-win no matter how you look at it.
Good Vibrations
Remember how I mentioned that the resolution stage of orgasm is "also the phase where the refractory period takes hold if you aren't stimulated further"? Well, pay special attention to those italics!
Most guys tend to have their orgasm and immediately want all stimulation to stop- it's just a bit too overwhelming. I'm here to tell you right now that, that's exactly the point where you want to keep going. So what if it's intense? Aren't intense sexual sensations usually good? Why should this be any different?
The point of orgasm is the exact moment you need to start working toward a multiple-orgasm. Otherwise, your refractory period will kick in and you'll be stuck waiting. While good old-fashioned oral or manual stimulation can be enough to get the job done, nothing beats a powerful vibrator to really kick things into overdrive.
Don't just slip into a post-coital dreamland when you blow your load- that's when you really need to get down to business! Whether you have a vibrating cock ring you turn on at or before the moment of ejaculation or use something a little more powerful to apply vibration to your perineum or other strong erogenous zones, continued sexual stimulation will go a long way toward keeping the ball rolling toward another orgasm.
Breath Control
Looking over that 4-stage orgasm model, you probably realized that there was a lot of talk about rapid breathing and heart rate. Learning to control your breath will give also help you slow your heartbeat and prolong the orgasmic process. More importantly, it will help you relax. relaxation is another big factor in your ability to control your orgasms more effectively.
Start off by taking long, slow breaths while you are masturbating until your breath control comes a little more naturally while aroused. From there, move on to experimenting with your breath control while you are actually engaged in sexual activities with a partner or partners.
Once you manage to normalize slowing breathing during the arousal and plateau phases of orgasm, you will find the other methods of orgasm control are a lot easier, almost effortless, to control. The big bonus here is that you will also experience increased sensation and improved stamina because the blood flowing to your muscles and genitalia will be more heavily oxygenated. Like Kegel exercises, this is a total win-win across the board, whether you become multi-orgasmic or not.
Get Your Prostate In the Game
For me, this is the most important factor in achieving a multiple orgasm. I have never managed to cum more than once without getting my P-spot involved in a very serious way. Furthermore, the orgasms you get from prostate stimulation, multiple or otherwise, are insanely intense and satisfying. So, again, big win/win, no matter what the outcome.
The best way I have found to get a multiple orgasm through prostate play is to get to the point where I am edging and coming back from the brink a few times and then I almost completely ignore my penis in favor of stimulating my prostate. I also tend to involve the prostate, off and on, to build to those near-climaxes.
The key here is to avoid external stimulation which causes full-blown ejaculatory orgasm. The orgasms you get from prostate play are much more full-bodied and, though you may leak a positively massive amount of pre-cum, don't cause actual ejaculation. From there you can keep working that prostate to milk out waves of pleasure until you've had enough. That's usually the point where I start stroking my wang to finish off with an old-school orgasm.
Those are the, ahem, "short strokes" of using your prostate to get to the orgasmic holy land, but it is a lot more in-depth than that if you want to do it properly. A Few Final Words Of Advice
The first thing you should know is that patience and persistence are going to be your most important tools when you set out on your search for the El Dorado of multiple orgasms. A lot of the practices mentioned in this guide are just that, practices. Meaning, you have to fuckin' practice if you want to see results.
Beyond patience, you will need to master mental relaxation in addition to physical relaxation. What I mean by this is that you should focus on the activity, not the goal. If you keep hacking away at trying to have a multiple orgasm and have nothing in your mind but that end goal, you're not going to achieve the level of arousal required to even have a chance at the experience.
Slow down, enjoy the ride, and when you get there, you get there. Boy will you know it when you see it!
