How to use an anal douche bulb
- Fit your nozzle, squeeze the air out, dip it in lukewarm water and let go so the bulb fills.
- Lube the nozzle and your hole with water-based lube and ease it into your ass slowly, relaxed, in the shower or on the toilet.
- Squeeze gently, slide it out, hold briefly, then release over the toilet. Repeat until it runs clear.
Care
Wash the bulb and both nozzles in warm, soapy water before and after each use and let them dry apart. Use water-based lube with it.
