How to put on an elastic chest harness

1. Pick a side, print or pink, and pull the chest piece over your head like a tank, yoke across your collarbones, rings above your pecs.
2. Snap the drop straps onto the tabs at the front and back O-rings.
3. Clip the hooks to your jock's waistband and adjust until the straps run straight without hiking your pouch up.

Jock not included: bring one with rings or loops at the waistband.
