How to use a compact anal douche bulb

1. Take the tip off, fill the bulb with lukewarm water, and fit the tip back on snugly. Smooth a little water-based lube over the nozzle and around your hole.
2. Over the toilet or in the shower, relax and ease the nozzle gently into your ass; one foot up on the edge helps.
3. Squeeze slowly, take the nozzle out, hold a few moments, release over the toilet, and repeat until the water runs clear.

Care

Detach the tip from the bulb, rinse both in warm soapy water (a toy cleaner works too), let them air dry completely, and store somewhere clean and dry.
