Three stretchy rings, measuring 20, 25 and 29 mm across the inside. They stretch to go on and hold snug, so start with the largest around everything and work down; keep whatever feels firm without pinching. If none feels right, an adjustable lasso is the better type; unsure, ask Adam in the chat.

How to put on a silicone penis ring
- Start soft, with a little water-based lube on you and the rings.
- Stretch the largest ring open, bring your balls through one at a time, then your shaft, and seat it at the base.
- Add a smaller ring around your balls or roll one down your shaft. Take them off in reverse: last on, first off.
Care
Wash the rings in warm soapy water after use and use water-based lube with silicone.
SafetyTake it off after about 30 minutes, and right away if you feel numbness, coldness or pain.
