How to use a beaded anal douche

1. Take the nozzle off, fill the bulb with lukewarm water and put it back on. Lube the beads and your hole with a water-based lube.
2. Squeeze out the air, then ease the nozzle into your ass one bead at a time until the flared base meets your body.
3. Squeeze gently, take it out, hold briefly and release on the toilet. Repeat until the water runs clear; the travel douche works the same way.

Care

Rinse all parts with warm water after each use, dry them fully and store the pieces apart. Replace a nozzle that discolours or cracks.
