How to use a shower douche nozzle

1. Unscrew the showerhead from your shower hose and screw on the nozzle you want, hand-tight.
2. Run the water lukewarm at low pressure and check it on your wrist, then lube the nozzle and your hole.
3. Ease it into your ass, let a little water in, take it out and release on the toilet. Repeat until it runs clear.
4. Screw the showerhead back on when you're done.

Care

Wash the nozzle with soap and water after each use and let it dry before storing.
