How to use an automatic enema

1. Charge it by USB first. Fill the bottle with lukewarm water, screw the head on and fit the nozzle you want.
2. For a douche, lube the long nozzle and your hole with a water-based lube and ease it into your ass slowly.
3. Press the button for speed one, step up only if you want more flow, and stop when you feel full. Release on the toilet and repeat until the water runs clear. The flat nozzle is for outside only.

Care

Rinse the nozzles and bottle with warm water after use and let them dry. It's splashproof, not submersible, so keep the head out of the bath and charge it only when dry.
