It is a set of sound tools made from 100% medical grade premium silicone. One is a thin version and the other is a thick one that you grow or progress to. Silicone is flexible so these are different from the metal kind and thus a perfect sounding tool for the beginner.

The design features a hollow core, tapered head, thin/thick shaft and a flange. The hollow core allows body fluids to come out. The tapered head makes it easier to insert and the flange prevents the entire thing from going in. Start with the thin one and move up to the thick one as you progress. Questionable material, but okay

The product description here says 100% silicone, while the box itself says it's a TPR silicone blend on the bottom left. I reached out and customer service said that the insertable part is silicone.
