When using the item the penis like part did not penetrate easily was to flimsy and was not hard enough to penetrate. The masterbater part did not going all the way in

When I openen the item it smelled really nice. It feels amazing to the touch and the masturbator part feels wonderful inside with a bit of lube. However, that’s all I liked about it. The masturbator hole is really shallow, so it was only able to play with mostly my head. The dildo part was kind of big for my liking so again, I only inserted its head.
