How to use a rechargeable anal douche

1. Charge it first. Fit the matching connector between Bulby and your shower hose or water bottle, and run the water lukewarm.
2. Put a little water-based lube on the nozzle and your hole, get comfortable (one foot up on the tub edge helps) and ease the tip into your ass.
3. Press the button on the lowest speed for a few seconds, stop, remove the nozzle and release over the toilet.
4. Repeat until the water runs clear, then wash the nozzle.

Care

Rinse the nozzle with warm water and mild soap after each use, dry the device before storing, recharge it after use, and keep it somewhere cool and dry.
