How to use an enema bulb douche

1. Unscrew the nozzle, fill the bulb with lukewarm water, and screw the nozzle back on tight. Smooth some water-based lube over the nozzle and your hole.
2. In the shower or over the toilet, relax and ease the nozzle into your ass gently, then squeeze the bulb slowly.
3. Take it out, hold the water briefly, release over the toilet, and repeat until it runs clear.

Care

Unscrew the nozzle and wash both parts in warm soapy water, then let them air dry apart before you screw them back together.
