How to use a pump enema bottle

1. Unscrew the pump, fill to the marker you want with lukewarm water, screw it back on and press over the sink until water reaches the nozzle.
2. Lube the nozzle with a water-based lube, never silicone, and ease it into your ass slowly.
3. Fingers under the hooks, thumb on the pump: a few slow presses, then remove the nozzle and release over the toilet.
4. Repeat until the water runs clear.

Care

Clean the bottle, pump, tube and nozzle with mild soap and warm water after use.
