How to use a curved anal douche

1. Take the nozzle off, fill the bulb with lukewarm water and put the nozzle back on. Squeeze a little out to clear the air, then lube the nozzle and your hole with a water-based lube.
2. Ease it into your ass slowly as you breathe out, curve pointing toward your belly, so the tip follows the angle it was shaped for.
3. Squeeze gently, take it out, hold briefly, then release on the toilet. Repeat until the water runs clear.

Care

Take the nozzle off and rinse the bulb and nozzle with warm water after each use, then let both dry fully before you put it back together.
