How to wear neon arm bands

1. Measure your relaxed upper arm and pick the matching size.
2. Slide each band over your hand and elbow and up to the middle of your upper arm, zigzag facing out.
3. Straighten it so the green edges run level, then flex once to check it holds without digging in.
